Can I use NeuraView to crop an image?

Yes. NeuraView can be used to crop images.

Any image can be easily cropped in NeuraView. Cropping may be done from the top, bottom, left, or right, or from a defined section.

To Crop from Selected Direction (Top/Bottom/Left/Right):

  1. Go to the target image.
  2. Select the Raster ribbon > Crop.
    1. NOTE: As you resize the main window, the ribbon may change appearance to fit into the smaller space.
  3. In the pop-up panel, set the crop direction: Top, Bottom, Left, or Right.
  4. Click to set the crop boundary.
    1. If you select Top, then everything above gets deleted.
    2. If you select Bottom, then everything below gets deleted.
    3. If you select Left, then everything to the left gets deleted.
    4. If you select Right, then everything to the right gets deleted.
    5. With crop dialog up, type T, B, L, or R to select Top, Bottom, Left, or Right.
  5. Right-click on the image and select Apply Crop. Or click APPLY.

To Cut Out a Selected Section of Log:

  1. Go to the target image.
  2. Select the Raster ribbon -> Crop.
  3. In the pop-up panel, select Defined Section.
  4. Holding the left mouse button, drag your cursor up/down through the section of the log to be removed. When this section is removed, the segments above and below will be spliced together.
  5. Right-click in the image and select Apply Crop. Or click APPLY. The selected section is removed, and the segments above and below are now spliced together.
