How do I adjust Print Position using Offset Settings on the Callisto?
Use Top Offset, Left Offset, and Mark/Gap Adjust to fine-tune image placement and ensure accurate label alignment.
Top Offset
The Top Offset controls the "Top of Form" position. It determines when to start printing once it determines your “top of form”.
Positive (+) Values: Increase the distance from the leading edge. This pushes the image down the label (towards the entrance side of the Callisto)
Negative (-) Values: Decrease the distance. This pulls the image up toward the leading edge/exit side of the Callisto
Left Offset
The Left Offset shifts the image across the width of the media.
Positive (+) Values: Shift the image towards the rear of the printer (looking at the printer from the touch screen).
Negative (-) Values: Shift the image to the front of the printer (towards the screen).
Mark/Gap Adjust
The Mark/Gap Adjust helps the Callisto determine where to begin the next print once it reads the beginning of the label. When it senses the top of form, it will wait this distance to begin printing
Positive (+) Value: Increases the delay. This pushes the image down the label (further away from the leading edge/towards the entrance side of the Callisto).
Negative (-) Value: Decreases the delay. This pulls the image up toward the leading edge (the exit side of the Callisto).
