How do I get an update of my software?
Do the following to get the updated version of NeuraLog:
- Go to www.neuralog.com
- Click on "Support and Downloads" on the green bar
- On left side of web page click on "Software Updates"
- Select the software you have a license for and needs to be updated
- Follow Steps 1-3 on the webpages by entering your information.
- You will receive and email with the software download link.
- Uninstall the old software on your computer.
- Click the link and download the new software....then when you click to install enter the password.
- Run the EXE file for the new software and go though the installation process
- Your software should now be updated
Notes:
- If a new license.dat is required, it will be sent with the software download.
- It is always good to be on our maintenance plan so you can get updates and technical support.
