How do I Transfer a License from an Old Computer to a New One?

  1. Go to www.neuralog.com
  2. Click on Support and Downloads link on Green Bar
  3. On the left hand side of the next screen click on "Request License"
  4. At the top left corner Click on the radio button "I want to TRANSFER a license from one key to another key. (Transfer fees may apply.)" if you want to switch from one computer to another.
  5. Fill out the information required.... Please make sure you get the MAC Address for both machines because the form will ask you for them both.
  6. You will receive a License Transfer Agreement via email to be signed.  Once received, we will send you a new license.
  7. Put that license in the C:\nds folder (or the place that the nds folder is saved during installation)
  8. Software should activate and you can begin working again.
