What does the Callisto Operator Panel House Icon Indicate?
The Callisto Operator Panel House Icon indicates which special features of the printer have been activated.
House with Open Door Default State
The Callsto house icon has a Default State of a house with an Open Door. The house icon has the following animations.
House Door Closed
If any printing or job Parameters Override is ON, the house door will be closed; otherwise the house door will be open. Printing Parameter overrides will override the value sent from the printer driver.
House Chimney
If the Reliance Vision Feature is activated, the house chimney is displayed. This unique feature is integrated with the 300x printer driver, and does not use the Callisto printer driver. Because this feature requires and automatically applies print parameters overrides, the house door automatically closes when Reliance Vision is activated.
House Sunshine
The house sun indicates that the special feature "AutoJob" has been activated. This feature tracks all registration marks, or Top Of Form marks (TOFs), in a queue for printing optimization. It is required if there is a need to print "full-bleed" labels less than 3 inches long. This special TOF bookkeeping mode is required because the distance from the Callisto sensors to the print head is slightly less than 3 inches.
Attic Window
The square upper attic window indicates that the Precision Continuous Copies feature is turned on. The feature places the printer in a mode that creates evenly spaced "stitched" copies from a single page. If white space is needed between the copies, the white space should be added to the original artwork. The result of Precision Continuous Copies is a continuous banner print.
