The job report includes information about the file just printed including driver settings, printer overrides, other printer settings and feedback from the printer. The feedback from the printer includes TOFs, Page Readies, and Printer Ready. It also includes drops of ink.
If a job has printed and Ink Drops have a value, then the print job was very likely created. If the job report is missing TOFs, Page Readys and Printer Readys, then it is likely the controller has crashed and been reset. In addition there will not be encoder counts in the report.
There is no solution available at this time. Run Teraterm to get the log for further diagnosis to help determine why the controller (OEM2) has crashed.
