Why is Virgo Cutting Manager shutting down?
Two situations in which the Virgo Cutting Manager Program shuts down immediately after startup, and how to resolve them.
Symptom: Virgo Cutting Manager Program shuts down immediately after start up
Solution: Ensure all other connected webcam or attached cameras that do not belong to the Virgo are disabled. You can find where to do this by typing “Manage Cameras” in your windows search bar. Then, find your own Webcam, click it, and select “Disable”
Alternative Symptom: After a windows update, the Virgo CM Program is displaying the same symptoms, shutting down immediately after start-up
Solution: If the Webcam is still showing as disabled, re-enable it and then disable it again
